Its early buildings in the centre of town have their original colours after restoration. An old ship’s anchor, dry stone walls and a small lighthouse help students to understand the past.
This unit is more fun than work. The text is page 1 with a colour image of the town. Literacy activities (page 2) follow:

>>Forming plurals: self — selves, and roof — roofs.
>>Contractions: doesn’t and couldn’t.
Page 3 is an A4 size sketch of the town for students to colour.
